Meet Ashik Mallikarjunappa

Founder of OHM BAS. Controls engineer and LEED® Green Associate.

A decade in building automation taught me one thing: smart buildings shouldn’t be hard.

Ashik has delivered 80+ building automation projects, from hyperscale data centers in the US and Denmark to pharmaceutical cleanrooms, hospitals and K-12 schools. He is trained on Alerton Compass and Envision and on Niagara Workbench, and has handled everything from controller programming and point-to-point checkouts to full BMS commissioning.

Today he builds tools that help engineers, integrators and facility teams move toward buildings that are Net Zero, less wasteful and more fun to run.
